Due to continued success and growth, this Hire business are looking to add another 'go-getting' team member to their Admin division. The role will provide direct support to the Hire desks, another team that are rapidly expanding and will play an integral part of ensuring all contract hires are fully documented, compliant and issued correctly.
Some duties will include (but not be limited to);
- Checking and raising job numbers
- Allocating hire details and updating the system
- Checking invoices
- Maintaining info re hire and off-hire of equipment - liaising closely with Hire Controllers
- Sending out company information
- All Admin support to the Sales team, Hire team and MD
The working hours can offer flexibility to suit (approx. 24 hrs per wk) and example being 9-2.30 Mon-Fri but please call to discuss. Free on-site Parking, 24 days holiday (plus BH), Free on-site facilities (as above), 6 monthly reviews.
